All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at visionaryhillsapparel@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right — replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If a chargeback or dispute is filed after placing an order, Visionary Hills reserves the right to provide all supporting documentation to your financial institution, including proof of delivery, tracking, and correspondence.
Filing an unauthorized dispute without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from future purchases. We encourage all customers to reach out to us directly with any concerns before initiating a chargeback.
